The Nestack 114M is a specific type of seal (also called a crimp seal or joint) used in conjunction with steel strapping and a power strapping machine

  • Function: Its primary job is to securely lock the ends of a steel strap together after it has been tensioned around a package or pallet. It creates a strong, permanent joint.
  • Design: It is a small, rectangular piece of ductile steel, pre-folded into a U-shape. The steel strap ends are inserted into it, and the machine uses powerful rollers to crimp (squeeze) the seal tightly around the straps, creating a mechanical bond.
